Training 3 times a week with 6am and 6pm classes to choose from you will always have time to fit in your sessions.

We have all the latest equipment to accelerate your training progressions and with our exclusive grassed rooftop terrace we can take advantage of fresh air and sunshine, plus have our brand new climate controlled studio for when it’s wet, all at the one facility. This allows training to take place all year round no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.
You’ll be coached by one of our expert Holistic Performance Coaches in a small group of 10 so you’ll always get the attention you need to make sure every detail of every technique, exercise and stretch is being performed correctly to increase effectiveness and decrease injury risk. Our members are a friendly, welcoming group who continually encourage each other push their limits, making it a great team to be a part of.
