Exercise

We take pride in the results we achieve for our members, no matter what restrictions may be holding them back.  So, we emphasise the need for postural correction and balance, not only for aesthetic appearance but so the body can be trained safely, effectively and to it’s full potential. The key is to stretch, mobilise and release the correct areas of “your” body based on “your” orthopaedic requirements.

Utilising extensive knowledge and years of experience in strength and conditioning, your training sessions will go where many do not dare.  They are tough, but the results are nothing short of amazing.  If you are committed we are committed; you will reach your targets.  Each member has their own goals, their own training program, their own nutrition program and with the option to train 1on1 with a coach or in a group of up to 3 individuals, everybody can afford to train with the best.

TRAINING INTENSITY

Training intensity is the fundamental metric utilised to determine if you are getting stronger and building muscle.  In the strength training world, intensity determines how heavy a lift is compared to your 1 repetition maximum for any given exercise.

Along with weekly body composition testing, this is how we ensure that your training is optimised.  Every rep, set and weight is calculated and recorded for continued progress, but don’t worry, you don’t have to be superman to achieve results…intensity is only relative to you.  Your training, your body and your goals.
